The House of Creed

Founded in 1760 in England, The House of Creed was originally exclusive to the English Royal Court and other European royals. The company eventually relocated to France, and was later made accessible to the public in 1970. Creed is the second oldest family owned fragrance company in the world, preceded only by the House of Farina.

The House of Creed has a rich history of crafting artisan fragrances of the highest quality. An ancient Egyptian technique, infusion, is used to create each and every batch of fragrance. This three month labor intensive process is driven by perfection and artistry. Fragrances are then hand poured and measured in Fontainebleau, France, and shipped throughout the world.

There are roughly 2000 fragrances in the historic Creed vault. Notable figures who have worn Creed fragrances include: John F. Kennedy, Winston Churchill, King George III, Queen Victoria, Audrey Hepburn, and Grace Kelly.
